Power in Parity Institute aims to become a robust hub for resource sharing, education, monitoring, and expert guidance on strategies to increase women’s representation in government locally, in state legislatures and at the national level.

- Evaluating Close the Gap’s Impact, 2013 – 2025The Center for American Women and Politics (CAWP) at Rutgers University partnered with us to analyze and distill the impact of Close the Gap California’s work. The research report assesses and amplifies the most effective strategies of CTG’s targeted recruiting model and shares recommendations for advancing gender parity in politics. Read the report here!
